What should I do if I'm a beginner?
We suggest beginners take a class to learn basic beading. We offer private and semiprivate lessons as well as monthly scheduled classes. Please reference our Classes and Calendar.

What can I do if I don't know how to finish my piece?
For a $5.00 fee we will get you started and when you are finished we will attach your clasp.

Do you charge for studio time?
No. We welcome beaders to come in and use our tools and bead at our tables, provided space is available.

Do you have classes and how do I sign up?
Yes. We offer varying levels of classes from beginners to advanced. Visit the store to sign up or call to register by phone. More details are available here.

Do you host parties?
Yes. You we host children's parties, adult parties, or other special event gatherings.

Do you sell beaded jewelry?
Yes. We feature jewelry in a variety of styles and price ranges.

Do you take special orders?
Yes, however, we require payment in full when placing your order. All special orders are non-refundable.

Do you sell wholesale?
No. We are exclusively a retail store.

Do you accept Sales and Use Tax Permits?
Yes, with original copy.

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns on cut items or special orders. All other items may be returned within 7 days for store credit only accompanied by the original receipt. We will only accept merchandise in their original packaging.
